Kalahari Desert, Botswana on
the edge of the Makgadikgadi
Pans, the largest saltpans in
the world. Jack's Camp is a
classic desert safari camp
accommodating 20 guests
in ten large walk-in tents,
each with en-suite bathroom
with flush toilet and shower.
Jack's Camp offers you the

Accommodation
camp is furnished in
traditional East African
1940's style - authentic ,
comfortable and elegant. Ten
very private, spacious tents,
clasically styled, are built
on decks and set in a palm
grove. Each tent has a
beautiful en-suite bathroom
with in and outdoor showers,
flush toilets, hot and cold
running water .
Activities
are focused on the desert-adapted
wildlife, as well as the
geology, archaeology and anthropology of the Kalahari and Makgadikgadi.
Quad bike excursions onto the vast saltpans, walking safaris with
San Bushman trackers, interactive encounters with meerkat families
and rare opportunities to see one of Africa's most elusive carnivores,
the brown hyaena, are just some of the activities to be enjoyed from
Jack' Camp.
Children
Jack' Camp accepts children of all ages. No
childcare/baby-sitters are provided for. Children must be under the
care of their parents at all times.
Please Note: Children under 8 yrs require the use of a Private Vehicle
and Ranger for all activities - this will be at an additional charge.
