Located on the edge of the permanent Okavango Delta in Botswana, on a 7 000 hectare exclusive wildlife concession on the western border of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve is Nxabega, meaning Place of the Giraffe. it is ideally situated to explore the magic of the miraculous Okavango Delta. AT A GLANCE
Accommodation: at Nxabega Safari Camp are in nine classically elegant safari tents on raised wooden platforms all with own private verandas. Each tent has an en suite hot and cold shower, toilet and is beautifully furnished with wardrobes, luggage racks, dressing and bedside tables. The main building is elevated and constructed from local timber, reed and thatch. Overlooking a floodplain. The communal area consist of a dining room, lounge and expansive sundecks. There is also an outside dining and campfire area, swimming pool, curio shop and interpretive center. The camp is a skillful combination of opulence and integration with the environment. The communal area which includes outside dining and fireside facilities and a swimming pool with expansive deck, is made form local timber, reed and thatch.
